If you are managing your own Google listing do not be alarmed if your logo and photos are not currently displaying on your listing. There is a bug in Google Places that is causing a lot of the recently created and verified listings to not display the logos and photos uploaded in the listings control panel. We have not seen any announcement on when the issue might be fixed but Google is aware of the issue and is currently working on correcting the bug. For more information on the matter you can go to Google’s Places help forum to see the latest discussions on the issues by fellow business owners as well as updated from Google employee’s.
Just a side note, if your listing was recently created and the business description you created is not appearing of the listing is not linked to the image bug. Listing description do not update instantly like the images, video’s and coupons. A fairly recent change to Google Places has caused the descriptions to take several weeks before they start to display on the listing.
